Excellent product + exceptional customer service = Great Company. Tagline above says it all. Homeworx have been a brilliant unit to deal with. Starting with Sunny coming home , explaining patiently in detail various options for blinds and dealing in a very courteous manner to exceptional customer service provided by Ravi and team, Homeworx ticked all the boxes and excelled in every department. Besides the beautiful blinds, the price quoted was very competitive. We had an issue with one of the blind but it was fixed within no time. Issue was nothing to do with the installation which was immaculate but it was the motor that needed to be replaced . Ravi sent his men immediately to fix this.
